New Forest Activity Camp

A taster in adventure

The New Forest Activity Camp is an exciting, fresh and fun activity club for children, based at Ballard School. Our aim is to provide a safe and engaging environment where kids can explore, play and learn.

Activities

Bushcraft

We do Bushcraft properly, led by qualified Bushcraft professionals.

Children learn to light fires, use knives safely and cook over fire. We'll still offer den building, tree ID and navigation. This is forest school after 15 coffees!

Football

We teach skills through games and small sided matches. Led by FA qualified football coaches with experience in talent pathways.

Swimming

During the warmer months we offer swimming sessions with our swim teachers and coaches in Ballard's heated outdoor pool.

Arts, crafts and Design Technology

Our next theme is Space Odyssey. Join us as we design, build and fly space shuttles by combining craft with science. Create your own life size alien and decorate it 'out of this world'. Our Design Technology and Art teachers will be on hand to help create a masterpiece.

Multisport

From Tug o' War to Capture the Flag, our multi sports are high octane and led by experience sports coaches.

Tennis

We'll take full advantage of Ballard's excellent tennis facilities with fun skills sessions led by qualified and experienced sports staff.
